Check AC Voltage
- Set the multimeter to AC voltage.
- Insert the red probe into the narrow hot slot.
- Insert the black probe into the wide neutral slot.
- Verify a reading of approximately 120 VAC.

Wire the Switch
- Hook ground clockwise on green screw; tighten.
- Hook LINE clockwise on one brass screw; tighten.
- Hook switch leg clockwise on remaining brass screw; tighten.
- Restore power and verify switch operation.
